The value of present contracts under execution is in excess of $ 1.7 billion.

Baytur's activities and expertise may be classified under five headings: general buildings, industrial plants & petroleum, water resources, transportation and infrastructure projects.

Baytur's technological expertise and quality oriented performance are acknowledged by international certification bodies. Baytur is the first Turkish construction company to obtain ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate and is among the pioneers to obtain Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems Certificates.

Baytur has recently completed the design and construction of the iconic “Qatar National Convention Centre” with a contract value of $ 732 million. With its state-of-the-art facilities and cutting edge technologies, the Qatar National Convention Centre is one of the most sophisticated convention and exhibition centres in the world.

Just to name a few prestigious projects Baytur has completed recently; “The Palm Jumeirah Shoreline Apartments” on the world famous Palm Island in Dubai, “Museum of Islamic Arts” with its extensions, landscaping and parks in Doha, Qatar, Cityscape 2011 award winner “Boulevard Plaza” in Burj Dubai Development, Dubai and high-rise “Gold and Silver Towers” in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
