ECO Business-Immobilien AG is a listed property ownership company that invests exclusively in business property with investments focusing on speciality retail markets, shopping centres, supermarkets and office property. ECO’s business activities include long-term investments in largely completed business properties and its professional and active management. ECO with headquarters in Vienna was founded in October 2003 and has been listed on the Standard Market Auction of the Vienna Stock Exchange since March 17, 2005.

Properties

ECO’s property portfolio includes a large number of high quality business properties in Austria and Germany. Around one half of these are retail spaces (commercial properties) such as speciality retail markets and shopping centres or supermarkets. Around the other half of property assets are invested in office properties.

Core Markets

Following the successful establishment of ECO in its core markets - Austria and Germany - investment chances are now going to be used in the new EU Member States. In the course of further acquisitions ECO will be watching the spirit of optimism in the east with interest, providing chances and risks are evenly spread.

Growth

ECO pursues a selective growth strategy based on a solid balance sheet structure. For financing chosen acquisition projects, capital measures designed to strengthen equity constitute an integral part of the company’s growth strategy.
