Anglo-European Resourcing is a specialist international recruitment and executive search business for senior sales and finance professionals from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries. We typically work with Financial Institutions and commercial Multi-National Enterprises (MNE's). These organisations are split into two distinct geographical areas. The first client group is located in the CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Baltic States). These organisations work with us to identify individuals with the following profiles; international business experience, fluency in English, high levels of adaptability and motivation to take up senior posts in their home countries. The second client group is based here in the UK/Ireland. Typically these are organisations with a strategic interest in the CEE region and recognise that professional staff from the region give a unique 'value-add' to their organisation. They recognise the benefits of our candidates when they are dealing with customers, suppliers or subsidiaries located in Central and Eastern Europe.
