Local Foundation for Promotion of International Dialogue and Cooperation "Interakcia" is an NGO which is located in Minsk, Belarus and specializes on development and implementation of EU-funded projects in Belarus and neighbouring countries. Our main goal is to contribute to sustainable development in Belarus. The Foundation has been working with EU funding programmes in frame of INTERREG, TACIS, ENPI, DECENTRALISED COOPERATION, and DCI and has implemented several projects and initiatives in various regions of Belarus.   Interakcia has been working with sustainable projects for many years already. The Foundation realizes its initiatives and projects in partnership with regional authorities, municipalities, enterprises and NGOs in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Spain, Morocco and other countries. Its actions do not limit themselves to one particular field of activity; the main concern of Interakcia is to make a project sustainable, be it an environmental initiative or a social venture. As a result, Interakcia has already worked and continue to work in such spheres as sustainable regional development, local capacity building for municipalities and NGOs, environment protection, energy efficiency and water management, tourism development and regional marketing, culture and intercultural dialog, development of cross-border and regional initiatives and many others.
