Our philosophy is to create ‘recruitment self sufficiency’ for our clients by developing their own internal capability. As such we have turned round the concept of RPO ( Recruitment Process Outsourcing), by providing an RPI (Recruitment Process Insourcing) solution.

We firmly believe that companies should retain as much control as possible over the business critical function of recruitment, providing a ‘best practice’ recruitment process that creates a first class candidate experience, whilst still delivering demonstrable cost savings, freeing up valuable hiring manager time, and facilities recruiting the right people at the right time.

We provide considerable expertise to our clients in all aspects of recruitment and resourcing, with our senior management team collectively offering more than thirty years recruitment industry experience.

One of our major shareholders pioneered the onsite, direct recruitment model some seven years ago, from which we have developed a robust methodology for those clients who want us to help them develop a strong, internal recruitment capability which eliminates, or substantially reduces, the use of agencies. Over recent years this model has saved our clients considerable time, resource and money.
